Oven fresh buns

It is a treat to go to the bakery on Sunday morning. There are so many choices, suddenly, the eye is hungrier than ever and wants to try everything. This happens to me especially when we have guests. We buy to many pieces and after breakfast a few pieces remain unnoticed. What to do? Therefore, the next morning I wet the leftover bread just slightly and bake them on again. Fresh out of the oven everyone want to have some and suddenly nothing is left. My friends were so excited about it that I had to promise to post it :) If you have left over bread, rolls or buns simply little dampen them with water and bake at 200 °C fan about 5-10 minutes. Tastes like fresh from the bakery. Enjoy it! Afiyet olsun!

I love bagels! I ate them girowng up since my Mom is Jewish before the big bagel explosion took over America.I miss my bagel places sooo much! I’ve found one bagel place in the UK but it’s not the same at all.The best is a tiny place at Miami University in Ohio which does steamed bagel sandwiches. YUM!
